SUPERB LOWER BODY Long Resistance Band Workout (🦿20 Minute Follow Along Workout🦿)

- In this 20 minute LOWER BODY Long Resistance Band Workout We will be having 20 movements in total. We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and with 20 seconds rest in between.
For this workout you need a solid object to adjust your band to them with some of the exercises.
In case you want to increase the volume of the workout you can simply do this routine for 2-3 rounds in a row based on your fitness level.

Thank you, exactly what I was looking for. I wonder if one can grow massive hamstring and thigh muscles using resistance bands ?
Basically you can grow a muscle if you stress that muscle enough, training with the band can be useful but for a better stress throughout the whole movement (range of motion) the constant tension can provide a better stress, while with the band you have the most of the tension in the flexed position and less tension in the extended position (leg curls with the bands)
