Have you ever tried rolling a sphere? There are perfectly circular from all angles (unfortunately) and for some mysterious reason, they roll pretty well too.

I thought of a use for a bicyender it chould make a car capable of getting out of a parallel parking spot without having to move forward or backward so if someone parks to close to get out with a normal car you can still get out that is the total uses I chould come up with.

These Shapes: Exist
Calculus 3 : FiNd ThE vOlUmE
Steps to solve a bicylender
with algebra and geometry
Step 1: realise that it is 4 equivalent pieces
Step 2: separate one of those pieces into a half cylinder and a pyramid
Step 3: solve the volume of the half cylinder and the pyramid useing geometry
Step 4: multiply by 4 and write Down the answer
Side note: if non equal cylinders are used you must replace step 4 with reapeat steps 1 -3 until all sides are done and add results together
However I dont know how to solve it with an integral mostly because I dont know what the starting formula whould be for each side .
Note: I am bad at grammar and spelling.
Simple put the object in a tube of water measure how much the water went then take the water and add as much as the water came up then find the volume of that. (I get the joke)

@Yuuki Kim he printed it put, so if he brings up the model itll tell him the surface area
@Yuuki Kim It's probably built on to whatever software he's using. Anyhoo, some of the models are just made up of a bunch of 2d faces, but folded and twisted around. You can see an example of this at 2:20 where he projects a net of an oloid on the screen. The surface area is just the area of the shapes on the paper.
Surface area of THESE objects? Even someone like me would hate to do that.

Forever ago i was messing around with clay after seeing an interesting shape in a candy making video and i made something similar to the oloid (just a little flatter) and i loved the way it turned and rolled. Now i found this and i have all kind of other fun shapes to try and make

Hi Angus, just a general comment and thanks, i bought my first 3d printer in 2018 (Anycubic i3 Mega, solid little workhorse), it printed great straight out of the box until i wanted to do bigger prints. I battled with it for many tens of hours then gave up. It sat discarded until a few months ago when i had time to put into it (even more time now due to CV!). I am now mostly confident with it and can leave it to print anything. This is all tjhanks to you and others ilke you generously taking the time to share your knowledge, so thanks from an old man to a young one :)

Didn't you hear? In the 2.01.9 update they announced that this was supposed to be a feature but forgot to include it in the update log.
There is a bug in the 2.02.0 update right now called the Coronavirus, I hope it gets patched in the 2.02.1 update

Just break them down into simple manageable parts. The one with the 2 fused cylinders are just basically the surface area of one cyclinder. The dumbell shape is basically just 2 circular prisms and a long thin cylinder.
