Bought one for $36. I wear this to the office and rarely have to adjust it like how reviewers are saying. It’s one of my favorite bands to wear for regular use.
Its my first time buying an Apple Watch and I got it with milanese loop & standard rubber one but milanese is far way more comfortable than the rubber one and it looks way much nicer than any other one.
I bought one for my first Apple Watch last year. With the new Fine Woven Band, I think it's a great deal. As I used to sell watches, I wanted something that felt like a piece of jewelry on my wrist, not a piece of plastic.
I love this band, I just got the new gold color I have the more bronze color gold one the first generation but I actually like how light this new gold is. I have the aluminum starlight color series 9 Apple Watch and this muted gold is such a nice compliment to the starlight color.
I have been wearing Apple Watch since 2019 but I always feel like the Milanese Loop is a bit too expensive for me especially since I’m living in Malaysia. But I managed to buy a new one at half price recently and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll use this band if I want to instantly up my game for that day. 😅
This is my daily wearer on my SS Series 4. I swap it out for the sport band when I work out, but I've worked out in it to when I've forgotten the sport and its been just fine. I bought a knock-off black Milanese shortly after I bought my OG space grey aluminum Watch in 2015 and besides a little of the paint wearing off it was just fine. Maybe the quality of the knock-offs has gone down since but I wore that black one plenty. I got the Milanese with my Series 4 for $180 back in 2020 so it was the natural band to pair it with. I just won an eBay auction for a used Apple SS link bracelet for $150 so I'm looking forward to pairing that with my Watch. I'm planning to get an Ultra this year so I'm glad both of those premium Apple bands still work well with it.
I think this band can be justified for how nice it looks; especially with the matching ss watch. I’m glad though that they moved it down from $150; since for $100 the price isn’t bad for how premium it is.
I need to see (please please) a video showing the Apple Watch Series 9 pink color with a gold Milanese loop and a graphite Milanese loop. Do you have any videos that show all of the Apple Watch colors with each of the Apple Watch bands in each color?
i have sevral knockoff bands, and to an exten you're right. you do get what you pay for, but some of apple's band designs just leave so much room for other manufactuers to do it the same, namely the braided solo loops, milanase loops, and leather bands. its all trial and error, and i definitely will splurge on their floruelastimer material vs any other company rubber. but their nylon? its just as good as some other brands. idk, do what yall please. me and my wallet will go for affordability
Great review and perspective. Just picked up my first Apple watch - I went with the 49mm Ultra 2. My only hesitation is I wish Apple would make 49mm Milanese band for the Ultra 2 (preferably in black).
Hello Juan, can you help me find an Apple Watch Milanese Loop Silver 41mm? The new natural color for the Series 10 is a bit unmatched with the silver apple watch S9. Thank you
@@cruant Yeah, it was my favorite but Graphite is really nice, too. Obviously not as dark and 'deep black'. But I guess it's Apple's version of black for now. Woot had a bunch of these bands in Space Black a few weeks back but they went fast. I would have picked up one if I had heard about the sale in time. Hopefully they'll get some more in. They are 'official Apple' in the box; not sure how they get them. It could be that Apple has a backlog of them and sells them to 3rd party sellers or something.
You forgot one annoyance: The battery is Not that strong so the band tends to get loose during the course of the day. You’ll need to adjust it every so often to tighten it. Otherwise, it looks great. It could be longer for those with thicker or bigger wrists.
I’m surprised the fact that it scratches your watch super easily once it gets in contact with it wasn’t mentioned. I saw the scratches in the video on the bottom part of the casing on the SBSS watch from it. It’s a gorgeous band but I avoid it for that reason especially in Space Black (which is the nicest IMO) which can’t be buffed out like regular Stainless Steel. I speak from experience and swore off those bands. Link Bracelets for metal bands for me.
What are people's opinions on Apple's 'new' gold vs the older version of their gold? The older version is more of a 'rose gold' deeper in color, while the newer one is a lighter and a bit more yellow. Some people feel their new gold version is too 'washed out' and weirdly enough too close in look to the silver. I actually noticed this last week in my local Apple Store. On first glance, I thought the band was silver, but it was the gold. Still though, I have to say I like them both.
I avoided this band because I did not think I will like it. Never have I been so wrong… it became my favorite band, especially with the bulkier Ultra which never felt comfortable or “right” with other bands. The thing is (I know some people will call BS on this story): I always buy my bands original, I have over 20 of them so naturally I bought the original Milanese loop as well. I was very disappointed with the finish of it, feeling very rough on the edges which left scratches on my arm while working out. I returned it and bought 3 knock-offs for a fraction of the price and I kept the one that had better edge finishing and the lugs did not move in sockets. The knock-off is very comfortable, magnet is identical and does not scratch my arm. So maybe consider going non OEM for this one?
Yes I bought the original and the knock off, put them side by side cannot tell the difference, I returned the original and bought the knock offs from Amazon in 3 different colours for 15 dollars each and I love them all. I’ve told all my friends and family and they buy the same ones on Amazon. I also got a starlight colour one and it’s my favourite. I’ve had them for 2 years and going strong.
i’ve had one of these for 5 years and no they do not. only problem with these is the hair pulling but that’s only happened a handful of times in 5 years
I Have The Graphite Milanese Loop With The Apple Watch Series 6 & Rarely Use It. The Design Isn’t The Best For Those Who Are Physically Active. The Magnet Doesn’t Hold Up When The Wrist Is Being Moved A Lot.
I purchased a Marge Plus stainless-steel mesh band 15 months ago, still looks like new and the magnet holds perfectly. The cost was $5 on sale. For fun, I recently purchased a 3-pack of Swamerfa Milanese loop bands, looks identical in design and appearance to the official Apple version, less expensive than the Marge Plus band and early indications are those bands will work great as well. The pictures of the Swamerfa bands show a mechanical clasp as well as magnetic clasp, I don't know what that band would look like if that band is shipped. With years of experience with nylon and silicone knock off bands, and now stainless-steel bands, I am going to call BS on claims of you get what you pay for. Nothing wrong with the official Apple bands if one wants of pay the price but I sure won't. All knock off bands have been purchased on Amazon.
What am I missing here? On Apple's page for this it says "One Size (Fits Most) Band fits 130-180mm wrists." 180mm is about 7.1 inches. I have relatively small wrists for a man and my wrist is about 8.25" I was looking at this because the Apple Sport Band M/L "fits 150/22mm wrists" and yet it JUST fits my wrist. If this really is only 7.1 inches long (180mm) it seems way too short.

love my silver milanese with my ultra. it looks nice for everyday as well as dressing up!

I have the Space Black and I love it. Very comfortable and looks great.
Does it stay tight?? I do construction.
I agree, this band is beautiful especially in sunlight. I own the gold and black, my fave!
I’ve got the steel one. Bro! It cleans easy and drys fast as hell. No stinky wrist!
Except for when at gym, this band is perfect!
Its my first time buying an Apple Watch and I got it with milanese loop & standard rubber one but milanese is far way more comfortable than the rubber one and it looks way much nicer than any other one.
I upgraded to the Milanese for my new SE. For my new 9 I chose the Hermes’ double tour. 😊

You can easily “re-brush” that end piece. I did it.
I also re-brushed the lugs so it fits better with the Ultra.
This video was really helpful. Thank you!

Is the subtle gold milanese loop on the series 9 when you purchase it?
Truly my favourite type of TH-cam content
Thanks a lot for mentioning and showing a black band with a steel watch body. I was thinking about that with the new series 10.
😮

I just got the SE in Starlight. Which color Milanese do you think would look best with that color?
Definitely gold, silver doesn’t match with the starlight
Silver. Also have starlight se. perfect match

What about some people saying that this band can interrupt with compass 🧭 & thus cauz error to an Apple watch, Is it so?
