Bryson, Brooks, Dustin, all likely got $100m-$500m to go to LIV. Meanwhile PGA players were only getting paid if they made cuts or won. There was a huge division in the PGA itself cause they lost so many high level names. Only for the PGA to announce they’re coming to some kind of agreement with LIV. So now all the players that went to LiV got paid while PGA players didn’t and now LIV guys might be able to play in PGA event and essentially could take more money from them potentially
You don't get the beauty and poetry of the shot making and ball striking precision,? its art its life look deeper these guys don't need to stand up and perform any script but be themselves, you can learn alot from sacrifice and raw talent these four have, get your unboring fix maybe put some headphones on and listen to podcast or music while wacthing or take notes on how rory made eagle on third these are elite athletes with systems that require focus, no time for banter or script in many cases. They in my experience when out there its chess, its war, its pressure and adrenaline , your competition is the 4inches between your ears and wishing well your opposition but understand you have to stand on his throat for however long the match is. Respect the win OR loss with eyecontact and handshake, hats of and have a cold drink move on and be happy that tommoro its golf somewhere in the world❤
I will say I watched a good portion of it. Wasn't competitive and banter wasn't there or forced. They played pretty slow and not too many great shots in the dark/cold. 5 out of 10

Shadow Creek is a Beautiful Course and playing at night was a not good. Would have loved to see the course in daylight, having said that, Rory putted lights out.
Surprised the LIV guys didn't win since they are used to playing meaningless tournaments for money. And the lackluster celebration by the PGA guys shows how little winning this match meant to them as well.

I have a question for David Feherty please if that’s possible? I once watched a particular golf tournament at Wentworth, rough guess circ 1990 give or take. David was playing might have been the PGA . As I was walking out of the course , almost the last spectator leaving . A sports car pulled up and the driver asked if I’d like a lift anywhere . I think he dropped me off at Virginia Water for the train. It was David Feherty. I was very impressed that he went out of his way to provide a lift. I wonder if he remembers?!!!! I’m 6ft 3 and I was slim around age 30
Bryson couldn't buy a put, which is a shame, because Rory played incredibly. I'm happy for Rory because he's been through a lot this past year. His swing changes seem to be paying off. Nothing against Brooks but I would have liked to see Jon Rahm paired up with Bryson. Jon is such a character that I think there would be some trash talking mixed in. Then you would have also had two Americans and two Europeans. Maybe next time?

Big difference is they are post produced and not live. Live is so much harder to make entertaining golf between only 4 players.
