I know this is the wrong recipe, but just wanted to let you know that we just tried your cauliflower paratha recipe from here. OMG, so good!!! The thing that really made it work for us, though, was your very practical advice during that video. I kept telling myself that if the filling comes out - it doesn't matter! I used that catchphrase during the entire cooking process, and you were right! My whole family enjoyed the parathas, and we're so making those again. Thank you!!

Hi Chetna Do you have to add double cream as allergic. Also can you use any meat to make these.
You dont have to add cream and I havent cooked with other meats but should work well

Did anybody else have to Google "Corn Flour"??? I've heard of cornstarch all my life but never corn flour. I'm from Memphis if that matters.
Cornstarch and cornflour mean the same thing and only have different terms depending on where you are.
