I'm a Prototype fan but I think if Alex and Homelander fought Homelander would win only due to the fact that he can fly and use a long range laser beam which Alex can not counter. However if Alex set up a trap for Homelander then he'd definitely beat and consume him.
Nah, Alex can beat him, his strength is between 60 and 70 tons, he will be able to damage Homelander, and even more so with muscle mass that triples his strength, plus his reaction speeds are hypersonic and his combat speed is better.
