    I used your measurements but my dough came out quite dry. I had to add more milk to get it to the consistency I saw on your video. Perhaps I should have used a more wet yogurt?

    Hi! The recipe calls for butter but in the video you add oil. What kind of oil do you use? Thanks!

      HI Joshua.. the butter is used to brush the naan on top once it is cooked.. you do not need butter for the dough.. The oil that I am using in the dough is regular vegetable oil. You can use any type of oil for that matter.. thank you :)

    How did you clean the drip pan coz ghee/oil/butter creates a thick burnt residue on drip pans 🙆🏻‍♀️

      Hi Ani.. The key is to wash it immediately with hot water.. I just made 8 naans that day as you can see and once the coil was cold enough to touch the first thing I did was to wash it.. :D
