I remember my first time sneaking around looking for those statues. Got caught in the hospital section. These days I do miss the curfew and I wish it was a regular feature in the game. Currently enjoying the Curfew mod, but really think it should be a standard feature.
Totally agree that curfew should have been an obvious and implemented feature! I remember them having that even in the original Harry Potter console games, so it seems a shame that they missed the chance here! Even cooler would have been if they had a feature where you actually lose points or end up in detention, if caught - maybe even a cutscene or two related to the storyline. (As in, you wouldn't be able to "sneak past" a certain teacher, so as to trigger the cutscene and advance the storyline.)
@@Gizmo_Penguin Interesting about a cut scene and storyline. Maybe even something about Rookwood Ashwinders trying to sneak into the castle to find our MC, or asking questions in Hogsmeade "have you seen this student?"
@@stonewbie5981 Yes, super creepy! Or have them waiting just on the outskirts of Hogwarts! There's definitely a lot more they could do with the story. I guess on top of the trials of actually putting all these concepts into a game, when you're in the middle of such a big project, it can be easy to lose sight of things. It would be great to try to get lots of feedback from players!
I don't know if Spidey could carry the ring to Mordor himself! I see him more as a Meriadoc rather than a Frodo. Maybe with help! I guess Frodo would have never made it without help, after all!
Heck yes, thinking of channel characters and Lord of the Rings, I could see Spidey as Meriadoc. He's also a solidly good, brave person, and though I think he dreams of being wealthy enough to be a proper gentleman, I somehow can't imagine that he would be eager to use the Ring to reach that goal - as if it would feel like he cheated somehow. In that sense, he might be able to avoid its pull! Sandy would be Pippin for sure, haha! I think her innocent curiosity would be too dangerous for her to carry the Ring. Nanain would be Gimli with a dash of Gandalf, and I do believe he would not want the ring anywhere near him. Bungo would be Gollum/Smeagol, 100%. xD Valee's a tough one. I feel like she'd be a hint of Legolas and Boromir combined with Wormtongue. (Haha, alright, I may have done her dirty there. xD) And yes, she'd want that ring. But probably mostly to sell it to the highest bidder! Hope you enjoyed! The walks were killing me during edits. xD
