Impressive, not everyone can make their own toys like that. Though in a weird way its quite uncanny. Like we're looking at a toy from another timeline that instead of coming from a movie franchiser like disney/Pixar actually came from an old cowboy western toyline around the 1930s-1950s.

I like how you used actual buttons for the hand collars
I find this amazing, my only issue, is the scale, Andy is able to grab woody with his entire hand, while it looks a bit small with yours, just a small nitpick, and great work !

This looks like the TSC/Signature prototype Woody doll.
I can already imagine cowboy crunchies selling woody dolls in the late 50s and having them in different sizes.
Small one (the one you made)
Medium one (The one that Andy had)
Big one (has boots made of plush, and is left without a voicebox since a huge voicebox wouldn't be possible at that time)

approximately 20€, it was made out of recycled stuff aside for the 3D printet pieces
Looks 1:2 scale because it is pretty small but nice it kinda looks like the prototype thinkway
