Looks really good and the controls are just really nice. The analogue and digital blend is great. It can be overpriced if they are bad people but seems like a very easy maintenance grinder. Simple, fun and well designed.

If you were running a cafe, would you have the E65s over the Peak??
The 26 sec downtime seams high, do you get such a difference in grind amount with a Peak as you did with this video on the E65s?

This might be late review and you've already bought one of your choices. But i think peak is good enough for a specialty cafe, and i belive customers wouldn't mind waiting a little bit more for a better coffee experience, except it is the last day on earth, and you only got 1 minutes left to live, and desperate of cup of coffee, ofcourse faster performance grinder would be very helpful.

@@lindalukito3912 Thanks Linda. We bought the Peak but I'm not overly impressed with it. It doesn't grind an exact amount each time, it's about a gram difference.

@@Blacknwhite86 wow nice, yeah i heard about the issue too,the conjoined peak only grind precisely when its hopper fullfilled, didn't expect the normal brother will have the same issue actually, just in case you are looking for some replacement, maybe you can considering anfim, that rancilio v50,or anything better, but imo i wouldn't sugesting ek43 for your replacement,it's kinda overrated. Goodluck!

I was hoping it would be a winner. However having to wait, funky adjustments, play in the knob....sorry but I don’t think so. I still would like to see a video of taking it down for burr cleaning, etc. you said you’d talk about the knob on the back....you must have forgotten!!

Not efficient for a coffee business It would waste to much product and slow down the baristas process and consistently. Best for home use

    How come great choice?
    Grinder isn't consistent

Probably should’ve been more specific - inconsistent weight for set time if you’re grinding one shot in quick succession (within 30s) after another. You can always double check by weighing on a scale like he did straight after the shot, but the workflow will be marginally affected. But in terms of grind particle size (more important for taste) the consistency is great
