the second stretch really got me laughing :D I know, Claudia is talking more to those who still can improve their splits but Maria was flat on the ground the whole time :D
Maria will be a wonderful teacher as well one day. Very clear and generous way of explaining the exercises.

True funfact tho Maria was a former Rhythmic gymnast before she switched to ballet in 2010 so her flexibility comes from RG....😉

First, can I just say, Thank you Claudia & Maria for your immense generosity!! You are both soooooooo down to earth and completely giving of your rich wisdom of dance. It's so invaluable to us all following along! I wish I had such immediate access like this growing up in the 90's! But guess what? Now I do, even at 40, I feel like it's such a gift to me now. And especially for my young daughter (and kids today) taking ballet at this point in time. Thank you so much!!! Such a great, fun pairing of talent!!!❤️🩰

Oh my goodness I just watched Maria’s video thinking it was filmed so long ago then I see this!
I landed on ballet videos because, after searching for a while, I realised that there were many exercises that suited my needs as a karate student. Only the hamstring exercise has been worth it to see the video. I have never seen before such an exercise, and I believe it is very good, because it allows the growth of that muscle, which is paramount in order to achieve its elongation and, as a consequence, the split. Very nice both of you, and thank you from Madrid!
