- I will be the first to tell you, I was not the hero of my reality tv experience... Going on reality tv was nothing like I expected it to be. But I'm a better person for it. I am SO grateful to my team and competitors on Season 2 of Gutted, airing March 2023. It was an honor to get down and dirty with you all.

You can tell they’re good people by the way they treat Rio. They were all so good to her! What a wonderful event. Can’t wait to see it. Congratulations on making it thru!
Regretlyss can still tell an engaging story about an event that she can't talk about. She bares her soul and decries her weakness. We viewers just see the strength that she has always displayed. Her team and friends celebrate her channels accomplishments, and Lyss still doesn't internalize how special and unique she is. Next Sunday's video is already too far away.

That's a great lesson that came at just the right moment. Once we focus more on how we can be of service to others, versus obsessing about ourselves, it's like a light switches on, the anxieties melt away, and we can be present as our best possible selves, for everyone around us... :)

I am also finding that the emotions don't have to run my life, I am actually in control, even when it's overwhelming and the panic is rising.
This makes me feel empowered as I am making decisions instead of just dealing with what occurs.

I was at the Gutted event. It seemed like the bus team were the friendliest of all teams. Everyone was working their butts off and getting along getting along, except for the little drama with one team. You rocked it.

You guys were an awesome team, and as Gracie Girl said a good person treats animals well and the love they showed Rio, who was such a good dog, was great. You all did so well and the bus was looking so good, and you should be proud of yourself and your team. You are stronger than you think.

The ability to conquer a panic attack is one of the hardest, bravest things we who live with anxiety face. That was no small feat and you should be proud of yourself for picking yourself up and staring it down and controlling it, instead of it controlling you. Well done, you!

srry, alyssia. i feel for ya. ive been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks my whole life. the first one i remember i was in third grade walking home from school. then comes the guilt and shame, then the voices in my head. Needless to say fifty years later, my life is fucked. i wish you the best.
What a value in life all of these friends places and experience of new adventures. This is something that is shaping you into the future. Most definitely memories to last a lifetime!

Wow! That bus is from the Navajo reservation…my homeland. Locals refer to Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle simply as just DZ. DZ is in northwestern New Mexico and Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle means overlapping mountains in Navajo.

Congratulations. I was in an industry that had many time lines and deadlines. It was always stressful to make it on time but we all enjoyed when we did it on time and completed the job. People always asked me why I did the job... it was easy the Team Work that made it happen..

This is the direction we are all heading believe it or not. Our greatest worth is what we do for others and what they do for us. It's more wealth than money.
I am so happy you were able to participate in this build competition. It had to run the gammet of emotions for you: excitement, camaraderie, anxiety, the growth in the knowledge of teamwork, even if instances of self-doubt, and the realization that hanging in there, ends up building ones self-confidence, and the realization that these people mean so much to you, and also you to them, it's just such a positive experience and one to be treasured.
