Thanks for your opinion on the bikes. I also tend to the GT even though I'm 194 cm tall. What really makes a difference is not seat height, it's the distance between the seat and the pegs. But I don't know if there's a difference.
Great video! I know you think the Super Tenere 1200 is old school but they are still available in 2023 and have a bullet proof Shaft Drive. As always, I enjoy your videos & stay safe!
Thanks! Where are Super Teneres 1200 available? Where I live and where I checked, it seems to have gone out of production. I believe it was 2020 when Yamaha stopped offering them. All the best!
I just wished the road focused versions had thicket tyres. Back tyre is very skinny for the type of bike. Plus the panniers are a mess with all the scaffolding and one side bigger than the other because of the exhaust
It may be mostly a visual thing. Tall bike would look better with a wider tire - I agree with that. But I also understand that since all manufacturers stick to this similar size in terms of width and rim diameter, they must have reasons for that.
Still incomparably better in every way. No crazy buffeting which is a big issue in the Tracer. On the other hand no stock bike twill provide a comfortable wind protection if that’s what you’re into. And if you are, then any issue, even like one in Tracer doesn’t really matter since you may replace a windshield with a better aftermarket one. So I’d say that as long as there is adjustment, you’ll find a windshield that will suit you on any bike. Hope this helps.
Another amazing video!

@@VToldsMotoShow I live in Eastern Canada and they are available here as 2023's. I assume also available in USA.

Wide tyres are just for show and are worse in corners.
@shegocrazy I don't mean like a rocket 3 back tyre just a normal everyday sport touring tyre. The skinny tyre just doesn't sit right with me

How was the wind protection compared to the Yamaha tracer 9 ?
