Thank you so much for these videos, I'm not the best at water polo, but these have helped me improve my game so much. Now I'm rewatching some of these as some last minute prep for NJO's tomorrow!

Thank you for such content, I'm from a country like Kazakhstan, and we have very few channels that explain what and how to do in water polo.

You're welcome, we love that we have people from all over the world who watch and learn from our videos. Should I add subtitles in a different language for you? If so, let me know.

    Hello
Thank You so much for all your videos.
Where should the defensive hands be when you are denying the offensive player the ball. The outside shoulder or Elbow? Thank You

Outside shoulder, make sure your hand is not on top of the shoulder but down water level if that makes sense. To clarify, it would be the shoulder away from where the ball is, so if the ball were to my right I would have my left hand on the defender's right shoulder. Good question, hope that answers it.

@@Shaquatics Thank You so much For your help. I coach Water polo for 10, 12 and 14 and under age groups. I am always trying to find a better way for the defensive player to have the greatest advantage over the Offensive player when denying the ball in man to man. Really appreciate your advice.

@@xblueyesx2007 No problem, happy to help. Soon we're going to do a video on moving with your hips up, which I know my students struggle with.
