The T Shot: An Off The Water or Wet Shot

This is this first wet shot video we've done and we did it on the T Shot for a reason. This should be the first off the water shot you learn. It lays the foundation for the other T Shots and is generally easier to do than the others. You don't need to be able to palm the ball in order to do this shot. Every player, whether utility or post, needs to have an arsenal of shots they can shoot in front of them without bringing the ball back into the defender. Now I see why my daughter didn't feel comfortable to try T-shot in play.
She didn't use chicken style (so the offender got too close to her)
And she was pushing the ball instead of popping it.

Yes, and also when you do chicken you are swimming in place and not advancing so you have a little time to get into your shot, whereas if you advance quickly you often run out of space because their is a goalie in front of you and a defender behind you. Thank you for the feedback, good luck!
