Today I start the largest event I’ve ever done where each major battle of WW2 will happen in order of the historic events that happened but the outcome of each major battle that happens in each event we do can shift the entire outcome of the war.

Looked like any open desert match. CAS decides the outcome no matter how well you play your tank. And don't even bother with an open top vehicle.
Yeah even after making sure ratios were historically accurate and that there are only ground caps (no air caps) to win, I did not foresee that so many people would be in planes. It’s amazing all the new limits I learn I need to have after so many events. It’s sometimes 100% impossible to predict how things will go when setting these up.

Discord displays the "unable to accept invite" error when the invitation link expires, the link has already been used by the maximum number of users permitted, or the server admin has revoked it manually. You may also be unable to join a server if Discord servers go down or your device loses connection to the internet.

@@tplays6688 i did in fact die every 1-2 air kills, i didn't react properly to the amount of aircraft the allies had at the same time, i just clipped some of the kills i got. If anything it was a guy in SPAA getting the most air kills on the team
@@destroyships6080 Yeah true he got like 40 kills? But for the Viewer it appeared to be like you dominated.😅 You always have to check your six, so nobody can sneak up on you. I couldn't do that, I only fly in second Person View.
you should do these battles with less planes because it more of a plane battle than tank

The el alamein camouflage is warthunder is so sick on any Tier 3 British tank
Muffin please reduce CAS. A Pro Player with a capable Plane like IL 2 or F6F can kill dozens of Tanks, which is completely unbalanced and being CASd in a normal Match alone is frustrating, I can't imagine how it is in a Event like this. The F6F is an extremely capable Aircraft, but it wasn't used in Northafrica, the only Allied Aircraft there were Spitfires, Hurricanes, P40s and DB 7s/A20 Havocs and A30 Baltimore Bombers.
+ A lot of those Vehicles can be strafed easily like the Flakbus or those Italian Cars.
I can't watch and enjoy this Video and especially Stalingrad, because it's just seems unfair.
Of course in Reality, you can be bombed as well, but in a Video Game it's very easy.
I mean you can see it in the Video, the Sky is a complete Chaos 3:02.

@@pops-paolo Seems that Muffins moderators are slacking off in these events. Kursk is going to be half the Soviet team with IL-2’s and use their few tanks to hold while the German armour never leave spawn and constantly die over and over unless the whole team quits.

Since previous video of this series, I know it that those air support thing is really unfair, are they really spawn far away and they resupply to fast. I'm sure Muffin already record and finished edit for next video, can't expect anymore for CAS nerf.

The only complaint I have is that the CAS on both sides is insanely high, no cover for both sides and any plane with a fat bomb can ruin anything it bombs. If its the same for battle of the bulge, it's going to be an instant dislike.

I feel like its a bit sort of unfair for the germans, always said theire stronger because of battle of britain, but the allies get so much cas, that doesnt make sense! Alliey had alot of cas, but not that much, like the entire battle is just bombs exploding everywhere. The german cas was also imo too much, the germans had more fighters and not so many stukas in africa, also where was the italian airforce?

To be fair, the British had about 1500 planes, and the Germans only 500, but CAS was definitely over represented in this battle.
Imagine, they were outnumbered, had a limited time to take the cap, and almost made it to the point, you just win because of air force

You gotta decrease the plane number man i mean all i see is constant bombs which is really unrealistic in north Africa there were barely planes its just really unfair for Germany since they have to face American CAS which is super op at midtier

Man this was the closest and most intense battle of the series, and oh man it was my favourite. Hats off for the participants. Also this Second World War thing doesn't want to succeed 😅😅😅. There weren’t enough L3s...that monster vehicle would win the battle XD

I like the video from the style and everything, but I really think that you should redo this battle and maybe even some for the other one.
As everyone is saying the cas is to strong. What I would recommend is that you give every person exactly one vehicle that they are allowed to take. So you have the Tiger people, the bf 109 people, the Churchill people and so on. It does not make sense that you can decide in what you will respawn, because at the front they also just had what they got delivered. Also how does the spawning system work? Because I think everyone should just have a few spawns and not unlimited. That way players cannot just throw their vehicle away to buy time. Vehicles are also resources, so I would like to see a bit of a more careful type of gameplay. They would also get the planes to fly back for resupply and not just suicide and spawn again. I get that it is very hard to organize things like that, but if you manage to do it, it will be much better.

The battles are being too much about airplanes even in battles where planes werent significant. Like this its just about who gets the air.

The fact that you are seen planes from late 1943 to early 1944 being used even though the ground vehicles are supposed to be historically accurate but the planes is very annoying you might as well just giving everyone vehicles from late 1944 and early 1945

It’s the previous model before the Panther being the VK and this war is based on previous outcomes of participants which is why a VK has made an appearance

Good video but a little disappointing, most of the axes power at El Alamein were italians.
In this video it seems like there were only a few of us, when in reality we were the majority. I remind you that Italians were the last ones to stop fighting, not the Germans.
But again good tipes of video, hope tat next time you won't forget us.

The Axis were not defending in the First Battle of El Alamein. The Allies largely outnumbered the Axis. However, you are correct about the CAS. It was wrongly portrayed. The Italians were also very underrepresented.
The tanks used in the video are also not representative of the First Battle of El Alamein.

There were a good amount of Italian vehicles in this battle but many of them were using German tanks from the Italian tech tree so it probably seemed like there were no Italians. After every event I do however, I do learn more things to always try and improve future events + vids.

Did you read the title? It’s part of a War Thunder event “movie” series but done in a simulator mode type style.
I liked it just the general accuracy and under representation ruined the cinematics. Like watching star wars the rise of skywalker
