At 17:18 I laughed a bit, despite the fact that the scariest thing I saw during IED training was two 155mm Howitzer Rounds wired together in the backseat of a car. Before anyone makes a stupid comment: it is obvious the rounds were inert for training purposes.
You can change the stamina system with some scripts.
player enableStamina false;
player enableFatigue false;
Player setCustomAimCoef 0.1; (If you want to have minimal sway)
All of this goes into a "OnPlayerRespawn.sqf" and using a simple exec script to enable the file when the mission starts :D
You should try Project Reality Battlefield 2 or PRBF2, amazing free game that really gives you the experience of combat in the air or on the land. It's amazing I've been binge playing it ever since I got it

And if you look to the top right you will see a small white sliver, that is Devil's stamina.
DevilDog there are clientside mods that fix the exaggerated stamina.

I'm still not entirely sure if you're playing against other players, or if the enemy are AI. If they're AI, then ARMA has some of the most advanced AI of any game I've ever seen.
Ai are the most op thing in arma 3
