What grit would you recommend for coated wire, or is that just a don't do? Love the earring design!!

I don’t recommend it at all. Even a micro-abrasive polishing cloth can remove the coating. If I was using plated or coated wire, I’d do my best to use nylon jaw pliers and a convex jeweler’s hammer. That would help minimize tool marks. I hope that makes sense. ☺️

Did you make the same earring for the second one and turn it around ?

I reverse the direction of the wire with the second one, but you can turn it around as well since the weave looks the same on both sides. Some like the look of earrings that look the same as well. It just depends on your preference. Hope that helps! 🥰
