Filling for my husband that is back home. We have a 2yrs old girl that is living here in the USA with me. We left africa last here my daughter and I. What I want to ask is do I need to visit home? Will it affect anything if I don't visit him home before he gets here?
They ask us to show join tax return .but we filed separately and we told them that is b/c he owe and did not want to drag me to it . We show them our wedding pics .rent together, car insurance. Medical insurance. She ask him were we went on our first day . She ask me some of the questions I was asked when I first apply for B1/B2 Visa . Mostly she was ask the question from the I- 485 form
So I have my interview on sep 05,2019 she told me I will revive a green card in 30 days but i received my green card a week later Tuesday 12,2019 on mail
Great question. I tell my clients who are in that situation that we can still provide lots of other evidence to prove that the marriage is genuine: declarations from both spouses that addresses how they share a life together, letters of support/affidavits from friends and family, communication logs (e.g, text messages, phone records), a personal will, mail that comes to the house, credit card bills, etc.
Your spouse need a temporary Visa (the Visa temp 1 month Visa that they entered the US with) or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) then go to the SSA (Social Security Administration and they will issue your spouse a number and temporary documentation til their card arrives by mail.
What if you find out that your spouse really didn’t love you and used you just to get the green card. And now in three years the spouse can have citizenship even if he/she is divorce from his spouse. That’s not right.
Thanks for your help . I filled my petition for my wife and I am a green card holder , I received a notification from uscis California. They need a copie of my certificate marriage and two passport photos. I sent it last week . I am waiting for the approval after 17 months .
Hey can I asked what kind of envelope you used to submit those documents was it the one u got in the request for more evidence letter ? Caz my husband was asked to submit the very same thing but I'm not sure if we're to used that spare envelope that was inside the RFE
Also, here's the response to this question that I just shared with another subscriber...I tell my clients who are in that situation that we can still provide lots of other evidence to prove that the marriage is genuine: declarations from both spouses that addresses how they share a life together, letters of support/affidavits from friends and family, communication logs (e.g, text messages, phone records), a personal will, mail that comes to the house, credit card bills, etc.
Hello my dear very good afternoon I am from Colombia to I am engaged my boyfriend is in the United States and I paid a visa since January and they denied me and and I am newly operated and my boyfriend wants to come to Colombia and tells me what documents are needed for entry to Colombia and through communication I am using English translator goes Spanish greetings att layda from Colombia Bogota
Hello, I have a rather unique situation and I don't know if you've covered it on video yet. I am a school counselor from the U.S working at an international school in China. Over the summer I married a Ghanaian man in Ghana and we are currently living in China with resident permits. I'd like to apply for a spousal visa for the US for my husband even though we are living and working in China...I do go home to the US during the summer breaks. Is it possible for me to apply and be successful even though we're living in a different country?
The issue that I have run across with this is that when applying for a CR1 and your husband lives in Cuba, it's hard to have any joint anything. Should we try to open up a bank account in Cuba together? I know when I apply for my residency there, that I'll need to. Letter of intent is a good idea. But even once I get his itin come tax time, he has to be here to sign in person to open up a bank account. They want all this stuff but then there are no direct paths to obtain them. 😩
What if you are just trying to prove consummation of marriage through a proxy wedding? We got married in separate countries and when we came together to meet to consummate but we never lived together so we cannot use things such as leases, shared bills etc
How can you prove you marriage is real per what the government wants when your spouse is in a different country and they can’t be on your bank account, taxes and insurances?
Great question. I tell my clients who are in that situation that we can still provide lots of other evidence to prove that the marriage is genuine: declarations from both spouses that addresses how they share a life together (despite the geographic barrier), letters of support/affidavits from friends and family, communication logs (e.g, text messages, phone records), a personal will, travel records showing that you visit the foreign spouse regularly, photos, etc.

kuulei love of course! We’re from Washington state so my petition for my husband went to the Texas center, I think it’s the fastest one. We sent in in January so we were kind of getting confused at this point then out of nowhere I get the approval letter! I didn’t expect to hear anything until November. So just keep faith and be positive you will get it :)
Funny .... he’s in Haiti . I’m in USA.. married 2 yr now and submitted all papers having them accepted but can’t get an interview because the country is in chaos .. all fees are paid. He runs the orphanage I started there but we don’t have bills or life together other than photos .. how on earth can we prove anything ? Or even get the interview !! Sooo frustrating
I have a u visa and an I-766 expiring at the end of the month. My u visa was approved before I got married. Now I filed for my residency and now I'm married. Should I have to re submit my I-766 renewal as married
Hi, please can you talk about crime of moral turpitude for an immigrant seeking green card. I have a recent case about this were I was found guilty of (petty theft) class 2 Misdemeanor from the state of Nebraska, just a few days before I sent in my I-130.
I had to find this video to comment...I AM THANKING Mrs.McBean for all of the information she has provided. I gave them soooo much information. I gave them so much information. We got our 10 year !! Thank you again 💓 💖
Hello what is the strongest and best way to prove a marriage is real to immigration if the American citizen is married to a Jamaican, the things you listed are not possible so what is the best way to prove my marriage is real, me and my wife did it for genuine love and we plan to stay with each other forever... But am in Jamaica so what's our best way to prove it's bonafide...
Hello madam please be specify are you referring to people outside or inside the country ? Example I'm here with k1 finance visa, please I want to know does the video relate to my status.... Thanks ma
We would like to hire you to represent us in the process of getting married. We understand that she can stay here once she applies for change of status actually mean in timeline? Is she legal to stay here because she applied for change of status because we mail it, or because the government has received same and informed us that they received the application?
Here’s 1 McBean, how about make sure u really do love them. If u love n it’s real you can handle this question easy. Please make it clear you don’t support or promote marriage fraud. So many out there are doing this. You don’t do you?
It takes at least 1 1/2 - 2 years for a I130 form to be approved. My wife is Ethiopian. I went to Addis Ababa to marry her in April 2016. She arrive in Dallas, Tx. in December 2018. It takes 1 1/2 - 2 years.
Hi how are you i have a questions im planning to get married before the end of the year my my spouse is not getting any benifit from the government is the new rules gonna affect my marriage
My husband and I were married even before getting a green card but once we got in this country he became a different person and abandoned me. We do everything separate now so I was wondering if that would cause an issue when applying for citizenship🤔
I'm sorry to hear that. If the green card came from a spousal petition, and the person is attempting to naturalize 3 years later (a privilege that spouses have), then the issue of the marriage will come up. If a person is attempting to naturalize beyond this point and they've divorced, the divorce shouldnt' stand in the way of naturalization. The deep dive scrutiny typically happens when spouses submit the I-751 to remove conditions.
Thank you for your answer, does that mean that it would be better for me to divorce before submitting any naturalization application or the marriage would still come up ?

How long it'll take to get your I 130 approval pls ? And after you get approval how long you wait for interview ?

Should we upload more documents into our uscis account if we feel we could have submitted more evidence when filing form I-130?
