So many have recommended Ugly Gryphon Inn, I think I will have to check it out. Also curious now about In Vino Morte because it plays up to eight. I enjoy Skulls of Sedlec and Death Valley (especially the art) solo, For two-player I love Circle the Wagons because the goals are always changing. That sounds great! ☺️ I enjoy In Vino Morte. Yeah, it's incredibly simple. You could also play it with other cards probably and there's not much to it. But it's just great that you can just whip it out easily in a bar or restaurant and have a simple good time. 😅
I got interested in Death Valley after watching your videos on it, but it is currently out of print. Can't wait for a possible reprint when the sequel is released later this year. Last Lighthouse and FantasyForm/Spaceshipped are my current favorites from Button Shy.
Revolver Noir sounds somewhat similar to the venerable '80s Spy Vs Spy computer games. I've been wondering for a few years how to distill the essence of those games into a tabletop format, so seeing it done in 18 cards is very impressive!
Oh, yeah - I vaguely remember that game! Revolver Noir is quite impressive I must say. Simple but really fun and tense. Even my non-gaming wife loves it. 😄
I tend to play Button Shy games solo - mainly Sprawlopolis/Agropolis, Skulls of Sedlec, Death Valley and (when I have enough brainpower to overcome the inevitable AP) Food Chain Island. I went on a bit of a Button Shy PNP binge during the Black Friday sale too, so will add a few more into the rotation too :)
I am big fan of button shy games. I have 14 games so far. More coming via kickstarter and gamefound. Food chain island and ugly gryphon inn are my favourite
@@redsable1434 It definitely is quite hard to grasp - I always need to have the rules handy if I haven't played the game in a while. Love it, nonetheless. 😁
I might actually do that some time. But there's still more Button Shy Games incoming, so the list would never be definitive. Unless I update it, just like my other Top Lists. 🤔😁
