I just remember being bored/confused the whole time with all these build ups without payoff, fakeout deaths, random world building stuff that wasnt relevant, the first parts of wano just dragging insanely hard for no reason. They just cut to oden for a while and dragged the main story even harder Also scratchmen vs brook was such a missed opportunity now that u mention. What was fire was the animation and hype like you said. Sanji's moment vs queen and zoros moment vs king for example were top tier character writing. It still had all the classic one piece moments, the epic fights, the feels, the badass moments etc. As far as one piece arcs go, it's definitely not the best, but it's still one piece and still important It had one of the weakest post arcs for how much stuff happened tbh. They speedran it and went to egghead, shanks just pulled up and intimidation diffed greenbull with bluetooth haki then dipped (average shanks screentime). We get a fakeout joining crew moment because yamatos on the oden grindset, wano grandpa with the nose mask reveals himself and waffles about the lore after doing nothing the entire arc, asking Robin not to snitch then tells ppl anyway, we dont even get to the juiciest part of this post arc until during egghead, where we see flashbacks of the whole reverie thing iykyk. Cross guild reveal kinda fire tho, big moves One thing, theres this whole thing about kinemons fruit actually being the luck fruit, theres an explantion online about the Japanese name also meaning luck luck fruit and other symbolisms like that. Thats why he had a fakeout death and thats why his plan worked by accident even tho it was meant to fail. The explanation they gave is kinda BS with laws fruit thing but tbh its the only fakeout death that doesnt feel cheap (even if the explantion was) because theres an in universe explantion for it with the whole luck fruit theory/symbolism Anyway I think ur underrated
Big Mom is an extremely emotional person in more ways than one, so if she remembered only good things about Tama of course she wouldn’t want her to die
I do agree with some of your ideas, a Scratchman-Brook rap battle would’ve been absolute heat. However, Wano can’t open yet because of the conflict with the World Government, we saw that when an Admiral pulled up. Zunesha was there because of the relationship to Joyboy, not to fight, we’ll probably see that later when the Ancient Weapons and stuff pull up
