Lets teach our kids to respect animals, especially the livestock, put it down as humanely as possible, never waste the food as they are the sacrifice of nature to nourish our bodies. Im enjoying your vlogs valentina, keep it coming! I love jack fruits by the way, but too much of it upsets my stomach 🤣
i noticed that if i didn't eat jackfruit for a long time and then i eat a lot, i have stomach problems. but if i eat jackfruit regularly, then no problems at all. even if i eat maaaaanyyyyyy

A Monitor Lizard seen at 9:03. It's fortunate that you let it go back into its natural habitat, as Monitor Lizards have a tendency to hunt and feed on chickens. By 11:03, the topic shifted to Cacao (pronounced as Kakao in Filipino), which is actually pronounced as kuh-key-oh or Kakeyoh in English. Despite this, many continue to pronounce it the way it is spelled. At 16:49, another widely known root crop in the Philippines was discussed, known as Taro in English or Gabi in Cebuano.
how you Filipinos cook Taro?
Gabi in bicol also. The root we sometimes put in sinigang soup. Makes the broth a little thicker. Delicious. We also put it in our desert called ginataan, sweet coconut milk with jackfruit, sweet potatoes, tapioca pearls, gluttenous rices balls we call bilo-bilo. Also taro leaves is the main ingredient in coconut milk based "laing" also very yummy. Hope you can try them.
That root crop called GABI the best for that is benignit just add banana(saba) not over ripe, sago,
its gabi its more like a potato however much harder than a potato its need more time to cook... but its delicious when it done but very careful its a little itchy on the tounge so cook it well
I love that if ripe on the tree...sweet
Bisayaon nato ni para maanad..aw hinog n lami na sya..new subscriber here & a TH-camr also..❤

Pretty much enjoyed the climate of the Philippines ahh guys❤❤❤
that is a gabi or taro it mix on sinigang
gabi is filipino name, yes?
@@ValentinaLovingPhilippines yup its taro in enlighif im not mistaken. you can also cook it with coconut milk or add it up to your halo halo or , make it as yum Paste sprea∂ with sugar and coconut milk
@@ValentinaLovingPhilippines Hii! yes this is gabi, you can search cooking this as Ginataang Gabi and add Tilapia if you want to add fish or Bagongon (Black Shells). Sinigang is good too.
Also, its leaves is the famous of all. We dried the leaves first and cook them. We called it "Laing" you add coconut milk (Lots and lots of it).
Taro or gabi can be cooked with meat. Pork or beef. Nilagang baka I think or sinigang na karne ng baboy. I'm not a cook but I'm a good eater. You can browse in youtube about how to cook.
Jack fruit ripe on the tree is very sweet.
