I have done ballet since I was 3 I'm now 15 but I haven't danced for 1 year now, I haven't been able to get to a studio and have been looking for a online ballet class and flexibility class... This is wonderful thank you so much! I want to take up ballet not only for self interest but also for fitness post pregnancy and for my 2 x year fitness exams. Hitting the gym is just boring where I feel dancing is not only engaging but also more fun in regards to staying fit.
I would love to see more videos like this. I'm mostly a casual viewer, so I don't say much often, but I felt this was important to show my support. I always wanted to know more about dance, especially ballet, but I was never in a position to learn. And as an adult, since I feel like many door are now closed to me, I never thought seriously about trying ballet. Even if I never perform or learn dances, learning ballet terms and exercises would be great too.
Being a ballerina myself (but not a professional... yet lol), I would love to see more of these types of videos, especially some that are more advanced(: I would also love a diet video for ballerinas because I need some help with maintaining a slim, healthy figure for my dancing. Please please please continue with this! As a hip hop dancer we always do exercises that builds muscles and sometimes too much. I love how graceful ballet is and always wondered how they are so toned and slim. These toning workouts seem so simple and easy

This just gave me a flashback to the days I danced myself(makes me sound old xD). I had ballet training as foundation to contemporary modern dance. I used to dance 4 times a week for 1,5 hour(sometimes much more). This is the first time I find a youtuber dancing professional ballet, so I just had to subscribe. :)

I watched one of your videos a few months back and you incorporated many ballet techniques. Sure, I will add that to my list of vids to make. :) While your skin is healing, make sure you drink lots of water, exercise well as I mentioned in this video to flush toxins out of the body, and eat as healthy as you can! Remember to take care of body from the inside as well for healthy skin! xo
