I got my copy yesterday much quicker than I expected. I thought it was going to be out next week. I got it around 3:00 pm and by 5:30 I was eating hush puppies. I made the white sausage today, but I used black beans because that's all I had. I appreciate the historical notes. I still love your ebook for quickness and tastiness.

Just got back from being out of town for a couple of days and your book was waiting for me. So excited! I’m plant based by choice and gluten-free for health (Celiac). Since the vegan meat choices have gluten I will probably substitute them with baked tofu. Your book is beautiful!

I just finished a bowl of this and it was sooo good I'm a college student so I had to make due with what I had and switched up the oil and just kinda went wild with the seasoning I had because I didn't have ones in the video... either way it came together very well
