    Well it is fair to say that this speed session did not go to plan.
    On paper it looked simple enough, but I was anything but prepared for what the outcome would be.
    What went wrong?
    It's only one session in a training block, but it's a good reminder not to dwell on things and move forward quickly.
    This video is an introduction to the training plan, how I devised it and what some of the key sessions are.

      Hang in their mate, we all go through these tough runs, but you will come out the other side and be rewarded for staying consistent.👍

    i guess you could always have done just 12x 1 min without the jogging in between and still get similar benefits.

      Absolutely. I think I did that last time I did this session. But I was cooked after 4, so don't think anything would have helped.

    Is the 1 mins on at 5k or 10k pace or what should you be aiming for? thanks Woody!

      Hi Lee, yeah, 5k pace or a little quicker. To get the best benefit, you should aim for the efforts to be as consistent as possible. Mine were all over the place.

      yeah Woody... poor commitment mate. You'll never make the Olypmics now! You should have a team to film you at all times 😂 - Haters gonna hate 🙃 ...Until you get a Hollywood Studio and budget I think you are doing great 💪
