  • Found a $2 fix on the livewll pump! Today we go over the solution to fixing a leaking Johnson Livewell Pump - SPX Flow 500gph. The pump itself worked perfectly, but has a loose seal. Try this $2 fix before you decide to replace!

Exact same issue on my boat. Loose o-ring, not making a tight seal. Thanks!

Man - this is just the video I was looking for. Questions, do the pump cartriges release? Do you push down and press? Do the turn counter clockwise? Any advies would be greatrly appreciated.

Just a small lock on the side and turn counter clockwise.

@@BentRodBassin Thanks a bunch, man. Nice wrap on the Tracker TXW 175. Mine is a 2017. Here is a lure tip: Big Show kickertail worms in midnight and bruiser blue - for scent, give Atlas Mike's squid lotion a try.

@@BentRodBassin One last questions. Do you know where the aerator pump is located? I heard it is beneath the liveweall and can be accessed by removing the panel behind the seats.

Directly next to the bilge pump in the rear by the plug.
