I’m glad he’s more active on TH-cam too. I feel TH-cam has throttled peoples channels because it’s getting difficult for them to pay. I have even seen crazy ads which leads me to believe TH-cam has been less restrictive about where their ad revenue comes from.

I was the only one of us buddies that bought a TurboGraphx-16 system when it came out and I still think it's one of the most underrated systems from that era. The controllers weren't the 6 button Super NES type, but it had some epic games. Bonk's Adventure and Bonk's Revenge are two of my favorites from them. I wish I hadn't lost my games after my parents passed away in the late 90's. Great video Thunder-🐓! No wonder Erin's always playing....lol.

I was just playing galaga 88 at funspot last week. Never played it before...awesome game. Cross between a fixed and vertical shooter....with bosses. Great sound and effects too. 👌
Mike, the weird J.J. and Jeff game was based on a sketch from the Japanese variety show "Fun with Kato and Ken", so a lot of the stuff that you see are in the game is only familiar to stuff you see in the show. That show is also where America's Funniest Home Videos came from, based on another segment from the show, which is why a lot of the early AFV episodes have a lot of Japanese people in them.
Safe mike did you know your sword is overpowered in the Sega CD version compared to the turbo graphics 16 so the best way to defeat the bosses is point blanking with your sword
Congrats on beating Lords of Thunder hard mode - love it when you get into games like that and stick with them. Also love it when the quality of a game changes your opinion on a series/IP, like with Bonk III. Good stuff, man. They really did add a lot of depth to the gameplay, even if they also added scary-as-hell-evil-testicle-headed Bonk.

God of War trilogy on PS3 (and I assume the later PS consoles), I think you'd like it. If you liked Dante's Inferno, I'm pretty sure judging by the stream alone that the gameplay is pretty much the same, because GoW was a prototype for those controls, the granddaddy of the modern hack/slash/roll/quick-time-event genre, if you could call it that. Also it's just cooler and more badass and edgy.
Hey Mike.. do you reckon Deus EX on PC or PS2 would be a game you'll stream? It's a bit difficult to get into at the beginning because there is a bit of a learning curve but I think it's totally worth it. I think it would make for an awesome stream.

There's another Bonk game for the SNES (Super Bonk). It's pretty much Bonk 3, but it's better than the turbografx version IMO.

I think you can change the sounds on the Genesis model 1 console using the analogue dial.
