There are 2 unofficial requirements.
1. Your internet needs to be stable.
2. Even if your internet is stable, you need to be extremely fast in getting in or else you will be locked out for the rest of the streaming session because no one will ever leave (unless they have something else to do after their matches). But even if they do leave after 1 match, others will get in before you do. How fast do they get in? As fast as Limited Edition goods of Hololive selling out. That fast.
