Great video! Just a heads up, lot's of fishing laws here. Especially with abalone. Massive fines guys. Thanks for sharing though. I love the Bay of Fires and Cockle Creek too! These choices are excellent!✌❤😃
@@Donna.Buckingham Nah, not supposed to. One other thing too. We have algle bloom here at times too. So the shell fish, it can make you sick with a bacteria. It's a shame really. We have so much shellfish, but can't really risk eating it🤢
Tasmania is such a gorgeous place! And with those free camping sites, wow! I'm going to have to plan a trip with the family as soon as the little ones are a bit older! Thanks for this beautiful video
Just a heads up, contained camp fires are permitted at Swimcart in the winter months. All PWS managed reserves and parks throughout Tasmania have fire restrictions in the warmer months, including Cockle Creek.
Thanks Karen, Yes it does hurt a little that the cost is so much but if you plan a good sized trip its all worth it. The whole Island feels like its designed around tourism. Thanks for watching!
So amazing to see such great free & pet sites! How did you go getting over with your pets, would love to know! We are hoping to travel next year with our dogs so this has been so helpful 👍👍👍
Easy - it was hard leaving our puppy in the kennels over night. The cats stayed in the van. If you look at our first tassie episode it has some details on it.
Headed to Tasmania in January, rented Campervan for 7 days total, really 5 days of traveling. Making our trip plans now - wanted to do a loop, starting west from Hobart. Concerned that the Free Sites might be full since it is holiday time and summer. Do you have any comments about this? Will we have options if it's really busy in these places? Wish we were staying longer, but cannot. Thanks for your help.
Download Wiki Camps and then looks at the other camps near by. If you have a small camper van it will be a lot easier and alot of these free camps don’t have designated spots so you can pull into a small space. Plus there are often caravan parks near by too as another option. Maybe one night you’ll want a nice hot long running shower.
This place really Amazed me 🥰🥰🥰
Nice journey my friend
Stay safe
Greetings from Papua
So beautiful isn’t it, thanks for watching

Thanks for the tips. Makes the ferry cost seem less if your accommodation spots are free or cheap. Great video.

Oh cool, that will be so fun! So many great places. And even more you could go to without Pets 🙏

Sure wiki camps is what we use every time
