I had the pleasure last night of seeing him play live. It was a moving musical and emotional wonderland of sound. It was one of the best shows I've ever been to.

I saw him in April of 2022. I purchased the tickets in December of 2019. It was delayed due to COVID. It was well worth the wait. It’s one of the best concerts I have seen. I’m looking forward to seeing Colin again in March of 2024 in Orlando.
Your mastery of your own tone is absolutely underrated. I have been trying, and trying, to match that sound of yours. Beautiful in its power and harmony. I will forever keep trying

I went to this gig. A wonderful evening where both the artist and this audience member struggled with horrendous roadworks on the M5 delaying our arrivals but we soon enjoyed men at work classics, favourite Colin songs plus tracks from the then new Fierce Mercy album plus his fabulous stories and asides before seeing him after the gig for a chat, pictures and autographs. Then it was the horrendous trip home before I flew off to the Philippines for Easter 2 days later. My my it's a beautiful world.
I feel like Elton John, Van Morison, Billy Joel, The English Beat, Duran Duran, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton and throw in maybe Pink Floyd and few more were all gateway drugs to Colin Hay. Not saying he's better or more talented, he's not. but somehow he's where I've landed.
Me and the wife were at this gig, loved every minute of it, Colin Hay was superb can't wait to see him again.
