This video documents steps I've taken to repair the Red Bull mini refrigerator that is not cooling anymore. #Redbullfridge, #minifridge, #minifridgerepair
Cool video! For me the problem was the relay, exactly at the place you had to resolder, the relay pin had totally exploded, so I unsoldered it and ordered a new one now it works, I guess there’s a factory issue with either the component or the soldering…
I have the same fridge and the lights stopped working I took the top panel off and starting messing with the wires when I figured out if I take the wire which connects to the brightness level switch the lights will come on again but very dim, which makes me think it’s a fuse. I’m not to sure, any tips?
That’s because each component on the control board uses different voltage. Similarly, your brightness control switch is using minimally necessary volt that is not high enough to make the light bright.
Output from your brightness setting is going through another component that is controlling the voltage level to the light to make it more bright or dim.
If the light was working until you were messing with wires, there is a chance static charge from your fingers could have damage some component on the board. This happened to me once on PC motherboard.
But I’m betting that one of your solder has gone bad. Check the soldering very closely to see if you see any cracks or piece of solder has fallen off. Sometimes a hair line crack can be hard to see unless you look at it very closely.
Take a look at this video and look at the last soldering fix I made. There was a tiny crack in solder that was not very noticeable. th-cam.com/video/vAhSCxGJmdY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NjW8pHwtYkJjpKs-
@@camachotr6546 Sounds like either the temp adjust switch is not making good contact to change the setting or the temperature sensor is broke and compressor runs near nonstop.
Forgot to mention in the video but make sure you have the unit unplugged when you are working on this. :-)
Como puedo desmontar los vidrios para limpiarlos?

Yeah looks like poor soldering as a chunk of solder already fell off like you mentioned. It’s been working great for few months now.
can i turn off the light? i got one today but its good if i can turn off during the night :P

HOW TO BUY IT???
Is there a temperature control for these? Mine is steady st 39.6 °
I have the exact same therma 4pro
Mine has temperature control on the back of the unit. You can see it at 12:06 mark on this video:

Ok. The knob on mine was internal and there was a sticker on the outside of the slot that said "caution. For professional techs only"
Thank you!
@@jim20j mine also had a sticker and I took it off. Setting lets me get between 28~34 degrees.
Nice Job
Thanks for the feedback. :-)
Mines keep freezing everything
There is temperature setting on the back. When I had it set to lowest setting overnight, the thermometer read 28f degrees, so it can freeze things.
If you watch 8:00 mark on this video, you can see the temp setting switch.
I put it in one n it still freezes everyrhing.
