Chicken Tawa Malai Boti Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh boneless 1 kg
Onion paste ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Roasted fennel 1 tsp
Roasted coriander 1 tsp
Cream 2 cup
Butter 1 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Coal for smoke
Method:
In a pan add onion paste, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, roasted cumin, fennel, chopped coriander, salt, and 1 cup of cream to chicken boneless and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat butter or oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken till it turns brown. Then add butter to a pan and fry the herbs with cream. Finally, give coal smoke and garnish with butter. Then serve hot with naan or paratha.
Shahi Dal Makhani Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Yellow lentils (boiled) ½ cup
Gram lentil (boiled) ½ cup
White lentils (boiled) ½ cup
Black lentils (boiled) ½ cup
Green lentils (boiled) ½ cup
Cream (full) 1 cup
Oil as required
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Ground Red Chilli 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt as required
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Curd leaves ½ cup
Proven red pepper 6
Garlic (sliced) 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Steamed rice or naan for serving
Tamarind pulp as required
Method:
Boil all the pulses and let them cook in a pan with 2 cups of water. Now add onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, the rest of the ingredients, and all the spices and salt. Then add tamarind pulp and apply Tarka. Finally, serve with boiled rice or naan.
