BLOWN AWAY. You nailed all my spiraling thoughts when you said loyalty or resonance and alignment. Your video helped me understand and find what I’ve been trying to make sense of for many many months. Thank you!

Thank you Lana! I have definitely experienced this recently and it does feel uncomfortable and a little awkward but you're totally right. Everyone is exactly where they need to be and sometimes it's just not a match with where we are. Not better or worse just different. Thanks again for this great reminder to not hold myself back because of "leaving someone else behind". That's totally not even the case anyway and that mentality doesn't help anyone grow. Always love what you've got to say lady!

I really like how u broke this all the way down. 👍🏽 It's so true that it's not about u don't have the same love for that person. Or u feel like u r better than them. U r just on different levels🤷🏽!!!
Yep, sometimes u have to love people from a distance; to keep ur sanity!😧

So this makes alot of sense and I fully understand this and don't mind this process for myself. My husband on the other hand has friends from childhood that are not on a similar spiritual journey that he is on and even when he notices it he doesn't do anything about it. He just continues to keep them close because he has a fear of letting people go that he has known for along time. He is almost loyal to a fault and I can tell certain things hurt him or don't line up, but he just shrugs it off. I try to pray about it and not interfere so I don't cause a problem between us.

I liked it when you said you need to" love them from a distance for a minute while you integrate in this new level"........making a lot of sense.....

Can you grow back into one you grew out of?

I have a different perspective no mattter who grows how tall if both have same level and respect love nd maturity no ego its all same but if one feels that person is too high nd try to get make other person kind off feel they r not level up to them everything just gets messed up. I feel as you said be compassionate and have respect and dont look at it from your fat ass ego that your friend is a level low or for the other person advice is dont be jealous or feel that other person has too much changed. Other than this time is a test for all relationships

My ex said this and we divorced, but now even 9 years later wants to get back together, and I'm like this weird. I have moved on, why is she bothering me, why can't she just keep going, I don't want her anymore because she said she was outgrowing our relationship,. Idk, I want her to be ok, but I feel like she's been getting bad advice or the wrong friends or something, but now I just want her to go grow somewhere else. I do feel like women give give each other bad advice, I mean guys can too but women are more freely emotional, and can react sporadically.

Oh, I wrote this before Finishing you're video. You're version of "OUTGROWING" you maybe are in therapy or will need it.
