    If there has been any useful video on TH-cam for me, this one was the best!!!! Just bought a Salvage A4 B8 and wouldn't star, at the shop they first thought it was the starter motor, I told them to wait until som fuses dried (they seemed the be kind of wet) but then I saw this video yesterday and went to the shop to tells them how it was done, the car finally started!! Thanks!!!

      @alexbrakeitfixit6214  10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I didn't use two positive cables, I had to bypass the sensor… and that was one cable not two.
      Just use any cable and connect the battery to whatever goes after the sensor… that way you can start the car with ought buying the sensor… my car still runs with ought the sensor i just used a better cable and made it look more profecional like its supposed to be there. And the wire that goes to the sensor I put a resistor there, that way my airbag light won't be on.

      Plug in a 12v through the cigarette lighter or power outlet, you'll be fine.
      Or, raise the car, fix a wire to the mains of the starter motor, connect it to a 12v then use your remote control or key

    • @jonrandall5490
      @jonrandall5490 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      if you lower the back seat ( the part your back rests on), you can easily reach into the trunk where there is a lever you can pull to pop the trunk open. Look towards the very rear of the car to find the lever.... so easy. You will need a flashlight to find the lever....
