Looks like a strider class titan with a slightly stronger chassis, jets attached at the back and the style of the legs suggest it's able to run around fast and leap to higher places, this will allow the titan to hunt down titans and reposistion easily. This description kinda reminds me of a reaper, maybe it's weapons are similar to a reapers energy bullets
