Waltz of the Snowflakes is one of my absolute favorites in the Nutcracker. The urgency, the joy, the magical ethereal display always makes me feel transported to the forest. The twirling of the dancers, the flitting to and fro in a rush like the flurrying of the first snowfall. A cascade of snow swirling into a dizzying array of white, the storm awakens and when it is done with its dance what is left is the glistening fresh snow in the quiet solitude of the night. Beautifully done! Wonderful performance.

The hardest corps piece in all of ballet. The choreo is FAST (and makes all other companies' Waltz of the Snowflakes look ... notably less active), and the snow is little pieces of paper and it does not stop. Toward the end it starts blowing in sideways so as to look like a blizzard. It's a miracle the dancers don't fall more often.

If my daughter or son joins ballet ,they are getting foot massages everyday and full body massage every week .This is no jokee
I just love the falling snow and the dancing in unison! However the scene feels incomplete without a Snow King & Queen like I’ve seen in another production!
So beautiful and magic 🥰
Love it! So beautiful!
Can you imagine nailing all of that with all that snow falling? O.O beautiful but terrifying
This is one of my favorite parts of the show
That set is so gorgeous, so convincing!
I agree this is an amazing orchestra they should get a round of applause we need more respect for their work they need to be more appreciative to them
that was stunning, wonderfully performed, my jaw dropped about seven times in the span of six minutes.
