Good morning, that price point my be tough in Sacramento but not impossible. There are some more options when you get about 30-40 minutes outside of Sacramento that would be under $400k.
Prices too high for an area just a stone throw from the ghetto. At 900k+, you have more choice than EG. You get more bang for your buck in Rancho Cordova, although in my humble opinion, still not a desirable area. Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis, maybe Lincoln would be a far better choice in the long run.
