So I read through the comments and I didn’t notice that anybody had tried this recipe yet. I have to say for a vegan sausage or hotdogs it was fantastic! I’m not sure why, but my mushrooms did hold a lot of moisture and so I had probably about 2 to 3 times more liquid than what it seems like you may have had. So just as a preference of mine for a full flavored sausage I would’ve added 2x the amount of spices, more flour and boiled about 10 minutes longer. I really appreciate your video because I wouldn’t have even attempted to have tried some thing like this if I hadn’t seen that it had worked for you, amazing job. God bless! ✌🏼❤️
Hi Leo! The vegetables should be cooked and all water should be evaporated through the cooking process. If somehow you had too much liquid, strain the vegetables and cook them until all water is gone. Make sure also that you strain. the beans well to get rid of any water. I hope this helps! :)

Good but I added extra seasonings. However they didn’t get as firm as I would have liked but Thts to be expected. If I used gluten it would have but I’m trying to avoid gluten.
Hi Nicole! You can try adding in tofu. I haven't tried these with anything else so it's hard to say but I think you can sub with tofu or another hearty vegetable as long as you take out all the moisture! Let me know how it goes. :)

The recipe is really good, up to the point where the sausages are wrapped in aluminum foil. Aluminum foil is unhealthy and is bad for the environment. Isn't there another method to shapAluminum foil is unhealthy and is bad for the environment. Isn't there another method to form the sausages? I've also wrapped vegan sausages in cloth serviettes or towels. The sausages are then not placed directly in water but steamed in a sieve over hot water. That works very well.

If I saw these in the plant based hot dog section of Whole Foods, of Trader Joe's, I would by all they had. I wonder why the big vegan food producers don't have gluten free vegan hot dogs or sausages. Sell Trader Joe's of 365 your recipe.
I will try this one. Hopefully it wont end up smelling like a wet dog... I've tried several recipes with these beans and at the end it always smells like a wet dog........
Atlast a vegan sausage without gluten.i dont like it in my vegan meats.i am not vegan but i have things i rather eat vegan.and sausage is one of them.my vegan days while a ways back,still a part of me.thanks for the recipe defintely will be the next vegan sausage i try .my niece loves vegan sausage but a few known brands giving people tasteless food. without gluten.i use gluten for other things but i would rather not for sausage

I think after you boil them for 20 min you should be able to freeze them but I’ve never tried to do so. Should be fine! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
