Loved watching your collaboration guys. As Chris says: "We only have so many trips around the Sun, let's make them count". Thank you guys for impacting people's lives in a positive way. Many blessings to you both.
Chris is the most nicest and generous guy that I have seen.He gave money to unfortunately people because of situation liked now in Thailand .I’m so grad you two had met .Please stay safe both of you .
We hope things will open up again soon. We were travelling in Thailand from Feb til May but then had to return to the USA. We're almost ready to return once things get better. Keep your updates coming! Gar and Ann
Sounds like a real pain traveling at the moment! Fair play to anyone willing to go through the rigmarole! Think I will wait till next year but you do think life is passing you by. Thanks for the interesting video
Hi Alina, thank you so much for coming to Thailand and sharing your experience in this country with the world. Both you and Chris have been making vlogs that are informative and exciting and fun to watch. Thank you so so so much!!! I hope you have a wonderful time on your next adventurous trip!!! 😍
Alina, many thanks for your several videos on Thailand, especially this one giving us so much info if someone intends to Thailand. I, myself, I’m more interested in yr next destination, although located in Asia more related to Europe. Looking forward to your videos on this destination. Regards fm The Netherlands
Thank you for your spreading of Phuket Sandbox news starting from 1st July. Phuket really needs quality tourists right now to revive the dying economy.
Thanks Alina!! I also started following Chris, and enjoy his input and places he goes to. I am so happy you got to experience Phuket and open up another one of your favorite places. Of course as you know I always like the different foods you tell us about, and all the choices you have in any budget anyone has to follow. I really think your journey's are very inspiring to anyone who needs to fulfill their dream of seeing another great country and not have to spend large amounts of money. Anyone who is part of your family knows how well you tell us and share all about anyplace you go, that is what makes you special. Enjoy your travel, which I know you will I will tell you what you always say to us, and that is "Keep being your own kind of beautiful" Cheers!
That food sure looked great and wouldn't you know it, but Cork doesn't have anything like this so now we have to go there to at least try the cuisine! I've really enjoyed your expose' on Thailand and thanks be to you Alina, we are booked for the second week of October.
Swasdi, Alina, really good work again. That´s exactly my biz actually. Where is it possible to go and also with what kind of restrictions. This is Europe, should be a lot easier than Asia/Thailand. Not sure yet!. Well done work, looking for more, you know. Take care and stay healthy, always.
Hello from beautiful White Rock, BC! My bf is Thai, living Nakhon Si Thammarat, so seeing these great videos feels a little closer to him during this Covid situation. Thanks to both of you!
👋🏻Hello Alina and Chris, Amazing video! Very informative! ☺️New to your channel Alina, and loving what we have seen so far👍. Been following Chris for awhile now love his channel.❤️ Canadians supporting Canadians gotta love it. You two work well together need to do more videos together. 😷 Stay Safe 🙏 and Stay Great 😎. Keep the great videos coming.❤️🇨🇦
Glad the two of you met. I watched his videos on Apartment rentals in Thailand. I am using his information to plan my Trip to Thailand the winter of 2022-2023
Hello Alina! 😄🙏👋🌟 I hope your having a marvelous amazing day! This is really a fantastic video! 😁👍❤️👏🇹🇭📹💯🥇🌟 It’s great you met another fellow TH-camr. Bangkok is a amazing city. The food looks very delicious. I think Thailand would reopen on July 1st. Thailand really is a super magnificent country to visit. 😄👍🇹🇭💯 I wish you Alina a marvelous glorious blessed day. Take care and be safe Alina. 😊🙏❤️👋👍🌟
Worlds Collide! My two favorite North American Thai travelers/expats collaborate in the same video! It's like one of those crossover TV episodes where, say, Letterkenny & Kim's Convenience get together to defeat the Skids and the evil gym owner or something. Chris, I'm one of those (US) folks with family over there whom we haven't seen for over a year; we're keeping a close eye on when the Kingdom will properly open up for quarantine-free travel. Love your trips into the lesser known areas of BKK and beyond. And Alina, I've loved watching you discover the Kingdom, our second home - even if I'm a little bit scared for you when you do some stuff on your own. Are you using enough sunblock? Anyway, thank you both for the timely Covid travel update. I'll stay tuned to both your channels, and hope to one day be able to buy you both a beer (or several).
Wowww, I used to work in an office very close to this market, missed all the great lunch I had there. Hope you enjoy Bangkok and wherever is your next destination : )
As a local, I will not eat there just for hygiene and avoid pollution outdoor. New foreigners fall in love with love at the first sight but locals know better. Visit outside BKK, many beautiful places, and cultures, cheaper and friendly. Floating markets see fire flys and cannel life. Big valley (Kao Yai) ancient city Ayuthaya UNESCO, these are just less than two hours. Visit China, you will love it if you like ancient cities and rare things you have never seen anywhere. People very kind and safe travel, hope you like it.
Yahoo welcome back ✅💐 i like it thank you very much the beautiful guys nice canal 🙏😘👍🇹🇭. Clean bkk I love to see it and again visit Thailand But too much and to long quarantine 2 weeks. I don’t make it It’s ok ✅ I will be there vacation 💐🍾
Great to see this update on where tourism is at in this tourist-dependent part of the world. Being in another tourist-dependent part of the world myself right now, I know exactly what you mean when you say it's getting dire for all the businesses & their employees depending on visitors who aren't coming. Last year was a huge hit already & having another really bad year for tourism this year is not going to end well.
Yes exactly. Lots of people say wait until all the places are fully vaccinated, only 6 more months, but that requires the assumption that tourism is somehow suddenly going to bounce back to the same levels as pre-pandemic and that many businesses will even survive to meet that turn of events.
I suggest you visit Terminal 21 at Sukumvit road. Take a Skytrain and off at Asoka station you will find a Hi-rise shopping mall with a great food court with bargain price on the 6th for., it is a clean modern hi-rise with AC.
As stated in the video, things change fast in Thailand. It is now 14 nights required in the sandbox (can be two hotels of 7 each) and two Covid tests day 6 and 12. You also left out the need for a COE to get into Thailand. A visitor may not be able to go to any neighboring islands as you would have on day 5-7 of the 7 day sandbox during the 14 days. Also, any one in Thailand who may come from outside Phuket, also has to stay 14 days. Worst of all, no bars will be open, not sure what else may be closed. Enjoy the rest of your stay - too bad you can't experience all Thailand had to offer.
