    You mentioned for service, "contact your vendor" or "contact a repair facility". I received my concentrator from a friend, so I have no vendor. How do I find a repair facility near Winston-Salem NC? How do I know when the sieves need to be replaced?

    I noticed something in the little hole where the column fits in. On one, it looked hardened. On the other column, orange colored dust came out and at bottom, it looked like other meaning it appears something hardened on surface. Question is whether that is normal or should it be clean smooth at bottom of that hole?

    A used G3 was given to my husband several days ago. After it has been on for about 30 minutes, we get an OXYGEN ERROR message. Is there something we can do about this, or does the unit need to be taken to a service center? We don't have a company that we got the unit from.

      Check the battery: If the battery is low or not charged properly, it can cause the device to malfunction. Try charging the battery fully and see if the error message persists.

    I have the G3. I had a message sometime back to change columns. So I changed the columns and the output filter but I don't feel any oxygen coming out of the output tube. I took off tubing and have ordered new one. But I took off the tubing and put my finger near the output nozzle but don't feel anything coming out. When it was working you could feel the pulse of air when it came out. Is there a way to check if its putting out oxygen on the screen? It used to have a message when there was low oxygen. Now it doesn't give any messages except that its charging. How do I check that?

    I have an Iogen one G4 concentrator. Air is not flowing continuously jus spurts.

      Inogen G4 is pulse dose unit, meaning it'll deliver oxygen in short bursts. It delivers oxygen on-demand when the user inhales and not continuously like a home oxygen concentrator or tank.

    Hello! A used G3 was given to my dad some weeks ago. He started to use it, and he realised it's not working well. The oxygen flow sometimes stops even though he inhales, and after some cycles it starts to work again. We really need it to work properly so as he can go out and improve his life quality. Is there something we can do about this or do we need to take the equipment to a service? I am writing to you from Argentina, we don't have the company we got the unit from. I hope we can figure this out. I would really appreciate it if you could help us. Thank you!

    Anyone else ever have the battery life not be displayed even after fully charging? The machine still holds charge but no display of time left or even the amount of battery life? I’ve tried everything and beyond to figure this out. No error codes nothing can’t even get an answer

      Please contact your Inogen supplier. New Inogen G3 comes with a 3-year warranty and since a problem occurred within 5 days it might be a Out of Box Failure.

    What do it mean when the yellow light is on and it's say low oxygen

      The unit is not able to provide high concentration of oxygen. Ensure that the particle filters are clean, the unit is in smoke-free environment, and is the vents are not obstructed. Also try a hard restart by shutting down the unit and turning on the unit without battery installed. If this does not help contact repair facility.

      Cannulas can be washed and reused for up to two weeks. However, if the healthcare provider suggests to change it daily, then yes that's needed.
