Hi Sellina, thank you so much! I ended up deciding not to share how much I spent because it's irrelevant. I didn't think it will be helpful because building materials, labor costs etc., vary depending on area, the year, what you are building and what you are able to negotiate. My cost and what I spent will just be "tmi", I thought...

That's totally understandable, well for my sake an estimation will really be useful just so that I have a rough estimate.... I tried doing the same thing but because I am far from home and couldn't be there by myself I'm being taken advantage of, hence why I'm pleading for an estimate. I hope you understand where I'm coming from.
