As I was about to comment and compliment your teaching/technique, I realized that I commented here 3yrs ago. It’s really cool to accidentally revisit a technique/topic 3yrs later and be more excited about applying it. 🤙🏾
This is sooo good, white belt here, 5’9 270lbs, all our smaller guys no matter what their ranking are always waiting for that opportunity for space to move during my transitions.I feel like I’m giving them space all the time when I know I’m giving up my position of dominance just to move to the next predictable position. Thanks for showing all of us big dudes game plans for us to adopt and use on the mats of justice😂
Been watching this video all day, and repped #1 and #3 for an hour at lunch on the grappling dummy. Fingers crossed I get the opportunity to pull it off for real in class tonight😂!
Anothergreat video. I love the first choke. I don't use it nearly enough (or at all ) despite learning it early on in my BJJ training. A good reminder that sometimes it's the simple attacks that work best. The back take is awesome I've tried it a few times now in sparring and it works really well. Can't wait for more content. Was rewatching this before my open mat session this morning trying to keep some stuff fresh in my mind. Maybe when you hit 1000 subs we can get a longer detailed breakdown video?
@@fatamsimth 🤣 Not gonna lie it is a unfair advantage most times. However it is crazy how these 185 lb Purple, Brown and Black belts can make it look so easy even against my big ass.
@alexandermulcahy9637 Yeah I know what you mean. I'm a blue belt. Not an overly huge guy but on a good day I can deadlift in the high 400s. It's meaningless against a brown belt 40 lbs lighter than I am.
I’m sure it does I don’t really know the names of most the chokes I use unfortunately I was taught this as a purple belt it’s money Thanks for the comment
@OSS NATION BJJ awesome my man- thank you. As a 186cm 300+lb white belt its nice to learn some big guy specific techniques that will help me along the way while my I try improve on my flexibility/ mobility
im 194 cm tall and 105 KG, im 20-30 KG heavier at least than almost everyone in my group. They are so fast and much better stamina, all I can do basically is to lay on them witch is not much fun. Everybody thinks that being big in BJJ is an advantage like in boxing. I assure you it's not if you're not very good.
Don’t ever feel bad for being bigger you just got to develop your game. Keep it up and I promise a year from now you’ll develop some big man smashing moving and be smaller in stature to boot. Thanks for the comment I appreciate 💯 let’s start molding you into a big monster OSS
@@ossnationbjj9920 Thanks bossman for your uplifting comment. Do you recommend learning some judo/wrestling takedowns too? In real life (IF) i have to defend myself im not so sure i want to go to the ground if they are more then one aggressor if you know what i mean?
Definitely a sub for me here. 300lb blue belt and I have a hard time finding people that understand the difficulties of "big man jiu jitsu". Thanks
No thank you I really appreciate it

Thanks for the comment keep smashing bro
These are all solid. I’m a short thick guy 5’7” 220, and side control is where I have the most luck attacking from. Great to see all of these.
Glad you like them let me know how they workout if you have issues let me know
Thanks for the comment
It was an honor to be your rag doll

Useful video, but the music definitely made it hard to hear.
I have been trying this for months. I am getting it but guys are saying it’s a neck crank and not allowed in some tournaments?
Well I've never seen the last one I love that friggen 10 years in this s*** and I never seen that before
Thanks for watching
