It's weird how I never heard of armored core till I listened to the music thanks to the reveal of 6. It feels like I missed out for a long time. I'm glad I gave 6 a chance and got all 3 endings....can't wait to see what the future holds.
Getting a disc 3 track in this was a nice touch. I can see why you took some time to work on some new skills for this one too, looking forward to how this develops over time.

I got busy with life stuff so I never got to finish AC6 when it came out, but now I finally can. I started a fresh playthrough and it's been pretty fun. Despite the flaws, I really like this series :) Great vid btw
Played them all except the PS1 gen. Started with 3. Silent Line being my favorite. Nexus... The last good one till 6. Evengel is the coolest looking AC. Made his AC in every Armored Core since. 6 gave me the closest looking AC since the 3rd gen.
If I may: What TTS are you using? It sounds like the old British voice from Speechify before they went full AI-TTS. Is that just locked behind a paywall now? I wasn't able to find her off the site, only the old Male TTS. I ask because I'd like to use a more obviously-TTS voice for a side-host narrator and avoid using Elevenlabs for her.
So here in the channel I do my voice over with Amazon Polly's voices, it's a paid service. "My" Voice comes from the American English neural Mathew actor, and my AI Assistant ABII (the one in this video) is Amy from the British English neural option. Though for her I add some extra special sauce, lots of effects I played around with in adobe audition to get her to sound more digital like
@@Bucket_Buffoon thank you, for the longest time I had this idea in mind but lacked the actual know how to make it work so I used the tts without the effects, eventually I really dug into some audio modulation and I'm happy with the result, indeed I was looking for that grungy operator intercoms sound from oldgen!
Ah the nostalgia I wish I had a working PS1 and 2 right now so I can work up to AC3 which was the gem and forever will be with Artificial Sky. Thank you for this I now need to get both consoles so I can play the old main console games I have kept.
