Poch, asked for experience & they bought him boys. His selection is maximised towards experience which is why we have a LB playing as a winger. I think we have to be realistic when basically we're playing a Dev squad in the EPL, I agree though that something needs to change.
This L shaped format is not working. Playing Chilwell as a left wing & playing enzo as an attacking mid is crazy 😡. The 4-2-1-3 formation we used during pre- season has been abandoned all by the Poch😒. We need much more creativity up front, much more dummy runs, which opens up gaps for Jackson. If I the same formation also in our next match, then I'm done with Poch, he is not so special as he seems.
You can look at formation and tactics but the brutal truth is our team is just too young and inexperienced to challenge for honours any time soon. Poch needs time to implement his ideas and playing style, but sadly patience will be in short supply when we lose at home to teams like Forrest. The lack of goals is going to kill us this season with only Broja and Jackson as recognised strikers. Unfortunately it is going to get worse before it gets better.

CACEIDO is a waste of money. SANTOS could have played the position better and can score too, as could CACADEI. JACKSON is a number 10, not a 9. So we need to buy an experienced number 9 that others can pass to. Ivan Toney in Jan is a must although he hasn’t played for 6 months so could take a long time to start scoring
