Then again, (not to be rude) the American and Australian Masterchefs seem a lot more competitive/demanding/difficult than the Canadian and other variants. Might just be my take on it though.
Everyone is so polite and down to earth. Even the judges r so kind. Everyone gets a compliment and the way they reject people also does not deject them or ruin their dignity wit foul words. I love this show

I dont think its fair that each judge judges the food individually because they could have their own preference of taste texture etc, so they should all judge each dish and come to a conclusion
Matthew had the taste, but Shawn has a better presentation. Based on presentation I'd wanna try Shawns but I'm not sure if I'd be a fan of the messy cake underneath. Matthew on the other hand looked too sloppy for me to want to try but when the judge cut into it I wanted a bite. Jeremy's was just perfect.

This is an insane challenge, a charlotte is a huge pain to make. It takes a lot of effort and attention to detail, but most of all it takes a lot of time. Its a beautiful, rich, well balanced mix of textures and flavors when done correctly, a perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion. Pulling it off in so little time is mind boggling.
Im from Mexico and it's really a huge difference with this chef's and the chef's from Mexico, I definitely prefer the chef's from Canada, bc I like how they say the criticism and In Masterchef Mexico the chef's actually aren't really good how they say, also they are so rude. And Im really addicted to Masterchef Canada.
