to solve your mud problem make a proper gravel pathway/ area. Dig some dirt out first, put down 1 layer of large rock (20 cm) then smaller rock (4-5 cm) . Then compact it and add one last layer of even smaller rock (2-3 cm). The idea to have large rock on the bottom is so when the trucks are passing over the small rock will not sink into the ground, the large the rock the harder it will sink. Also use small rock on top so you have a smooth surface so you can easily clean snow and not destroy suspensions of your vehicles

Thanks Jan for another great video! The ladies would like to thank you for removing the insulation...they said they were starting to get a little sweat on there brow and were afraid it was going to damage their hair do.. I imagine the truckers expect to get stuck each stop that they make this time of year. Stay well and thanks again.

I was thinking of telling you to get a new Tow Strap, when you picked it up and said "still looks good". Getting those installation panels out would have been much easier with 1) a helper, & 2) a step ladder. You could start a DAIRY CAMP where subscribers (especially us City Folk) could pay a fee to work for you in 2 week periods during mid April to Mid June for planting prep etc. and then again mid August to mid October for harvest time. Watching & learning from your vlogs, i am sure most city folk would be able to help with the work load. If there isn't a hotel nearby, you would have to build a Bunk House on property. 🐄 🐄 🐄 🐄 🐄

Actually, the only task he has to get up high for is to turn the catches securing the louvers in the openings. But a 2-meter stick with a hook at the end would allow him to do that while standing on the ground. Called a window pole hook. I used this as a kid to open & close windows & fan louvers way at the top of a school gymnasium. Heck, they probably have a telescoping pole on the farm already, for changing lights. They could get a window hook attachment that fits that pole.

Wow another interesting story. You never seem to run out of ideas that are interesting and fun to watch. I am still intrigued by the intro roll of cows in a pasture which is so beautiful. Are those cows yours on your pasture. I don't believe you ever video'ed your herd in the fields. If I'm wrong, which show was it? Thanks again. Cannot wait for the next one. I have many more questions too but I'm going to re-watch older shows as I probably just missed something already there. Be safe. Oh. by the way, I read in the paper (New Orleans) that milk supplies are running very low and cannot be sourced. I hope this will energize the dairy industry so they don't have to pour fresh milk in the drains. How is the situation in Canada now?

I'm sorry for what's happening over their but I'm not the one controlling the weather.
Only 60 percent of our crops were harvested last year in Alberta, and poor quality crops as well. No sun wet wet wet wet wet wet. The rest is still on the ground buried in snow. Which sould have been gone weeks ago. Very bad situation over here and this joking carona virus isn't helping anyone or anything. Farmers wont be able to start seeding till may if not later.
