Could you imagine if Caddy actually put its concepts into production, instead of lame cars like CTS and ATS? A lineup that would include the Ciel, Sixteen, Elmiraj, and Cien supercar? At least they took the Converj and made it into the ELR.

Not what I mean't. Usually when you make a convertible, you have to add bracing and other reinforcements, and that is pretty painstaking. When you have FOUR doors with actual rear seats that can sit 2 adults, you're either utilizing very lightweight material in the cabin with as little weight as possible in the center, or you must have some serious genius work on the chassis. That said, this car is brilliant.

It seems as if many individuals who see the Ciel want it to go into mass production as soon as possible. I have to say the Ciel really defeats its potential competitors, the BMW 750i and the Mercedes Benz S-Class. I own a 2007 S-Class and I have to say the Ciel's design compared to the S-Class' design is much more edgy,sexy, and ostentatious. Personally, I would love to see it go into production as well. Fans of the Ciel can simply go to Cadillac.com and leave a comment in support of the Ciel.

United States already banned 4-door convertible in March of 1967 when the Lincoln Continental built the last one. They even banned the two door version years ago and replaced with a steel top. This is not the 1930s body style in the modern era.
