This place is beautiful especially at the top overlooking the sea thanks for this blog Parrie hope you do more like this to highlight the new housing developments in St Thomas
I truly hope St Thomas don't become a heaven for criminals to launder their money and bring their lifestyle . We have had Bull Bay to deal with already. I say this because I remember when I lived in Mobay and Iron Shore was the place to live now I wouldn't take a house there if it was free. I hate to sound negative but I'm a realist.

How many entrances/ exit does the development have. If it is only one , could be death trap.
Currently I am not sure how many are there
So there are no zoning restrictions? Seem like you can have a Ocean view, then the owner of the lot beside you facing the ocean can build a 3 story house and block your view. That development seem disorganized to me.

Why lots? A company or person should put in the infrastructure, build the houses and sell them. When lots are sold people build any kind of structure and the neighborhood just becomes chaka chaka, not a good idea at all. This property with the view of the Caribbean sea should have very classy home built on it. We don't want anymore ghetto in Jamaica. Blessings to you anyway

I dont think developers should be building the houses it is a total RIP off for the work done, however i think that the lots should be selling with rules and restrictions on what can be done how one should build.
I wonder why him avoiding that beautiful beach… is that a beach where people can go swimming? Would be nice if he told us more about that beach🤔
