I am sure they don't want to make the same mistakes and have the same issues that Ruthven Towers have, so the way I see it spend the time to do the project properly cause at the end of the day people are going to live there 😊
it seems like they have just been moving dirt around for years on this project, with only 2 model units to show for it currently. could it be financing issues? should be further along by now

Yes st thomas & portland is the new place to live, 12 white ppl so far bought land in my community & building houses

Mostly to attract US investors who usually seek properties in Jamaica they can purchase and rent to make a profit
