    The more fighting skills Frank learns, the more effectively he can defeat and even end his opponent's lives. Frank is known for his use of guns, but this video reminds people that Frank is still plenty dangerous even without any guns or knives.

      Frank was above average as a marine, however he has sub par hand to hand combat skills compared to other marvel martial artists because he never really had to polish them.

    The styles you speak would be adapted for the Ray Stevenson version of Frank Castle, as each version should comfortably have 6 to 7 disciplines.

    I thank you for this lore, but it leaves me with one question - how is the Punisher so skilled in all these forms of hand-to-hand combat + military training, yet he still always loses to Daredevil when it comes to fist fighting?

    your channel is GREAT my friend. I cant bring myself to watch any of the new Disney bastardized stuff, but your vids have had me go back and watch Dirty Laundry, Tom Jane and Warzone again. Felt good. I coach boxing and fight so this material is just perfect.
    Not even the biggest Punisher fan, just Miller's DKR and especially all his Daredevil stuff. Hits different, raw and pure, like your vids. Im digging the Punisher again. Thanks

    What are Frank Castle's official height and weight in Marvel? Is it considered that he has pushed his body to the limit like Bruce Wayne in strength, endurance, speed and agility? Because of his muscles, I would say that he can be approximately 1.90 meters tall and weigh about 100 kilos. I don't know if physically he can be compared to Bruce, but of course Frank is taller and weighs more.

    • @Thepunishermythos
      @Thepunishermythos  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      In various editions, he is usually 6’1-6’3..His weight is usually the same across the board being 225 lbs. I would say that he has pushed his body to the limit undergoing various special forces trainings and excelling in each.. Due to his training, he has applied the same level of intensity towards everything he does, including martial arts training.

      @psommorr ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheMadLeprechaun I'd say Batman survived worse, at least in the main comics. Batman consistently takes on people who are more powerful than him with much worse intentions. Punisher isn't lacking, but he doesn't regularly go against Thanos or Dormmamu or even Mephisto. He sticks to more street level villains. And since Batman doesn't kill, he gives the villains chances to do worse than they did before. So any Batman villain gets the chance to one up their previous attempt at killing him. Even the street thugs he throws in jail. Not saying which hero is better, they both are great for both sides of the justice scale. It's just that Batman is more than ready and willing to take on greater threats than the Gotham villains he usually gets stuck with.
